Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days. Shipping within the USA generally takes 3-7 business days, while deliveries to Canada may take 5-10 business days.
Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5 applies. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Currently, we only ship to the USA and Canada. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@kolikshop.com, and our team will assist you promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items, such as clearance items or gift cards, are non-returnable.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@kolikshop.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide a return shipping label for you to send the item back securely. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For defective or damaged items, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of receipt. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
